aquafaba mayo

  • 1/4 cup aquafaba (the liquid/brine in a can of cooked chickpeas)
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • optional: bit of honey
blend whip all ingredients together while adding the oil
  • 3/4-1 cup sunflower/avocado/olive oil
