
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour

• 1¼ cup vegiterian milk (coconut or almond or hazelnut)
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup applesauce
• 1/2 cup shredded granny smith apple
- grate apple
sift: flower + baking powder + baking soda + salt, into a mixing bowl
(sifting is an extra step to make for a fluffier pancake) - add milk, eggs, apple sauce, cinnamon
whisk all together - once smooth batter : add the shredded apple and fold into the batter
- fry quarter cup measuring cup to scoop and fry on a flat pan
once it bubbles on top it ready to be flipped
